Overhead Running
Crane Project
Overhead Running
Crane Project is lifting equipment for material lifting over workshops, warehouses and
loading sites. Since its ends are located on tall concrete columns or metal
brackets, Overhead Running Crane Project is shaped like a bridge.
The
bridge of a single-beam bridge crane runs vertically along the track laid on
the elevated shelves on both sides, and can make full use of the space under
the bridge to lift the material, regardless of the obstruction of ground
equipment. It is the most widely used and largest crane.

-
1.
Lightweight Structure: High-strength steel and modular design reduce the
deadweight by 20%~40% compared to traditional cranes, lowering the load on
the workshop structure.
-
2. Low
Headroom Design: Compact C-shaped structure and integrated drive system
increase the lifting height by 0.5~2 m, maximizing the utilization of
workshop space.
-
3.
High Efficiency & Energy Saving: nergy consumption is reduced by
20%~35% compared to conventional cranes. With VFD control and energy
feedback system, it is environmentally friendly.
-
4.
Precise & Intelligent Control: Standard VFD ensures smooth start/stop.
Optional anti-sway system limits the sway angle within ±0.25°, achieving
millimeter-level positioning.
-
5. Low
Noise & Maintenance-Friendly: Operating noise is typically below 74
dB. Key components are designed for low maintenance, extending service
life and reducing downtime.
-
6.
High Reliability & Safety: Compliant with FEM/ISO standards, equipped
with multiple safety devices (overload protection, limit switches,
emergency stop) to ensure safe operation.
